We had our pictures taken today in preparation for the holidays.  They turned out pretty good.

I’m four weeks old today, and boy have they flown by.  Just ask Mommy and Daddy.  Grandma sent some pictures that she took while she was visiting, so you get four pictures today!

How cute am I with my little baby hat?  The nurse used a second hat to make a bow for me.

Grandma was too busy holding me or the camera at the hospital to get any pictures of us together, so we had to wait until I came home.

And finally, me with Mommy and Daddy.  If it looks like we’re all sleeping, it’s because we were (or wanted to be).  That last day at the hospital was exhausting!

Keena Ford and the Second-Grade Mix-Up was a great book. Here is what it is about. A girl name Keena that put the date of her birthday wrong so her teacher thought that her birthday was September 2^nd, but the reason why Keena’s teacher thinks that is because Keena acsadentaly roat the date backwards.

Little Wolf, Forest Detective was an okay book. Here is what it is about. A little wolf that works as a detective. And the name of his group is the YFDA, and a fox named Mister Twister captured a whole bunch of animals and they play Ring-a-Round-the-Rosie and lost their memory.

Little Wolf’s Book of Badness was great.  It was about a little wolf who was playing a trick on his parents and he was being good so they would say, “Oh my goodness, Little Wolf is being good!” Instead they sent Little Wolf to Cunning College for Brute Beasts to see Uncle Big Bad and live with him until Little Wolf got his bad badge.

Magical Kids: The Strongest Girl in the World was a good book. It was about a girl who was really  strong. The day she found this out was when this little boy named Billy Brand got his head stuck in the school railings and Josie Jenkins (the strongest girl) who didn’t know that she had so much strength until she bent the school railings and Billy Brand got his head unstuck.

The Invisible Boy was a good book. It was about a boy who turned invisible, and his parents went to the moon, and while they were at the moon the boy named Sam went invisible and met a creature name Sploge who put a patch on Sam.  And Sam went invisible, and that book that I just told you guys about was a good book.

Best Friend Emma was a great book except the part were Cynthia and Emma were fighting over who got to be friends with this girl named Kry.  She is beautful.  And Emma has a friend who got mad at her.  Because Emma forgot about her and Emma’s friend’s name is Annie Pat.

Junior Book Reviewer

Since Hannah has become an avid reader, and is branching out into chapter books, we decided it was time for her to share her impressions of what she’s reading.  Last weekend, she picked out a stack at the library, and Only Emma is the one she chose to read first.

My favorite part of Only Emma what when she had to take care of a little boy named Anthony and at first she didn’t like it.  And was mad that she had to take care of him for a week.  And then she liked it but it took a little while.
